The project is located within the residential community of Manantiales de Cocoyoles, to the north of Mérida, and covers 537.69 m² of construction. The design focuses on elevating the importance of the social areas on the ground floor, while predominantly placing the private zones at the rear of the property and on the upper floor. The front façade features two volumes: one frames the three-vehicle garage, and the other frames the double-height entrance, with a central plane linking the two elements. Inside, the living and dining areas connect with the exterior terrace, emphasizing views of the garden and pool area. The master bedroom includes its own private terrace for added comfort and privacy. Additionally, a bar area is included, offering a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The staircase is uniquely constructed with glass steps mounted on a metal structure, giving it a distinctive and contemporary appearance.
