Located in the prestigious Bahía Príncipe development in Tulum, the Casa MS project spans over 1,700 m² of land and boasts a privileged view of its expansive golf course. The design strategy involves shaping volumes that blend the interior with the exterior, integrating with the existing landscape and allowing natural light and airflow to filter through. The interior concept features a large aquarium, which becomes the central element of the project, as its double height aligns with all the visual perspectives within the home.
