The second residential complex in the Sofía line, unlike its sibling project in Playa del Carmen, is distributed across five towers arranged in a radial layout, situated on a 10,000 m² plot in the picturesque Tulum. The complex welcomes you through a main entrance with a large cantilevered roof, leading to the main lobby. Each tower consists of five floors, with 21 studio apartments per level. A distinctive feature of this complex is its various amenities located on the rooftop of each tower, each with unique concepts but all reflecting the characteristic theme of Tulum. Natural materials and a strong connection with the surrounding vegetation are prominently used. Tower A, designed for families, features a large pool with children’s water play areas, an outdoor movie screening area, a sports bar, outdoor games, lounge areas with sunbeds, and barbecue zones. Tower B, styled as a beach club, includes a pool with semi-private jacuzzis, a dining area, Balinese beds, and a snack kitchen. Tower C, an adults-only zone, features wooden structures creating private lounging areas, private access to a large pool with wet sunbeds, hammock zones, private jacuzzis, and a central palapa with a bar. Tower D focuses on sports, including multiple sports courts, paddle courts, and a palapa for natural juice. Tower E is designed for relaxation and dining, combining transparency through large windows with the solidity of a wooden roof, and the exterior bar is enveloped by a woven structure made from natural materials.
