The YCC Kanha 38C project is located in the Yucatán Country Club residential development within the Kanha private community, which features a large lake. The project is designed in response to its location, allowing users to experience the continuous visual flow of the primary element, water, starting from the main entrance. The journey culminates with a fountain, passing by the house’s pool, and concluding with the lake, creating a visual challenge that integrates the entire project. The architectural program includes social areas on the ground floor, highlighted by a spacious play area, and five bedrooms on the upper floor. Covering over 670 m² of construction and utilizing 879 m² of land, the project features clean lines in its volumetric design.
