Located in the Yucatán Country Club to the north of Mérida, it is divided into two levels. The ground floor houses the public and service areas, while the upper floor contains the private zone, together totaling 355.17 m² of construction. The façade is framed by two elements of steel and natural wood slabs, leading to a play of volumes that complement a modern and balanced style. The project is designed to ensure that the public areas function practically and connect directly both with each other and with the external terrace, pool, and garden areas. A television room serves as a foyer providing access to the bedrooms on the upper floor, including two secondary ones and one master bedroom, all with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. The rear façade features large window openings to take advantage of views of the garden and pool, enhancing the spatial sense of openness.
