A residential project developed within the CABO NORTE complex, in an exclusive area of the city of Mérida. The main challenge of this project was reducing the Land Occupation Coefficient. This was addressed by leaving large open areas on the plot and designing a more vertical structure with three levels of construction.
The façade reflects these design intentions by being developed in a way that, despite the required height, the proportions maintain a private residential feel, using materials that integrate cohesively with each other. Regarding the general layout: the first level includes social areas and service spaces; the second level houses secondary private areas; and the third level contains the main private areas. Thanks to the vertical layout, all major spaces benefit from excellent exterior views without compromising comfort and privacy.
