Located in the Temozón area, north of the city of Mérida. This project was guided by the requirement to create consolidated spaces with ample and comfortable dimensions for each of its areas. The result is a generally horizontal volume, most evident in the rear façade, which is formed by the intersection of two horizontal volumes that complement each other.
The layout includes public and service areas on the lower level, connected to the outdoors through large windows, carefully oriented to the most favorable directions. The private areas are on the upper level, giving priority and hierarchy to the master bedroom, which enjoys the best views and the most strategic location on the lot.
