Located in the Altozano development, which is characterized by its integration with an artificial lake at the rear of the lots, the design focuses on maximizing views of this feature. This is achieved by using tempered glass for the entire entrance and gradually elevating the floor level with steps to provide a commanding view upon reaching the main door. The following spaces are positioned slightly below to minimize their visual impact. Additionally, the rear façade also features a substantial amount of tempered glass. The master bedroom also enjoys a privileged view of the lake. The project is notable for having the kitchen and dining areas located on the upper floor.
