The project, due to its location on the coastal area of the Yucatán state, adopts a tropical style, using materials that subtly blend with the natural beach environment. The front façade features a Chukum paste applied to the three-level volumes, supported by pillars that minimize environmental impact. Additionally, the garage and the front elevation are constructed with locally sourced wood elements. The main access is via a wooden staircase that leads to a bridge flanked by vegetation, ultimately arriving at the social area comprising the living and dining rooms, which are equipped with large windows to enhance the feeling of spaciousness and connection with the outdoors. The rear façade is designed to provide protection while not obstructing the excellent views of the sea and beach. This is achieved through the use of a large wooden structure with a palapa roof, extending from the exterior terrace and gracefully enveloping the levels above in a slender form that harmonizes with the context.
