Located in one of the most prestigious private communities in Yucatán, and taking advantage of the space from combining two lots totaling over 1,000 m², the Compostela 7 project originates from the idea of an architectural program where each space integrates with the rear garden. The goal is to create an area suitable for social events while also providing vehicle storage. The strategy for this project involves integrating three volumes (one horizontal facing the façade and two vertical) to optimize views, sunlight, and ventilation. The project concept incorporates water as an element that flows through the entire complex, from the pedestrian entrance and the double-height main reception area to a large glass opening that connects with the spacious swimming pool.
