With the challenge of leveraging the topography of a 976,981.65 m² site, previously used as a materials bank, the Gran Kanan Residential Development project emerges near the beaches of Telchac Puerto in Yucatán. The design revolves around creating a large artificial lake at the center of the development, which integrates with and becomes part of the complex’s various amenities. The development consists of 8 private areas with a premium beach style, each featuring its own set of independent amenities.
