The focus of this multifamily project is to connect the user’s private area with the social amenities, making them feel that it is their own space and distinguishing the project from the many others in the city. With over 4,700 m² of construction across its 49 apartments, Mukaba Temozón offers great comfort, from the motor lobby and reception to the sports bar, coworking space, swimming pools, gym, and sports areas. The orientations respected in the project are North – South, consisting of two independent volumes. The materials used reflect an established brand of luxury and exclusivity, as two previous projects with the same identity have been designed.
